All on ground floor with living/dining room/kitchen areas. One double and one single bedroom. Shower room with towel rail and walk-in shower. One of several set on a small park enjoying direct access to the coastal footpath and steps down to the beach, and sea fishing trips are available locally. Only 4 miles away, the popular resort of Lowestoft offers traditional seaside entertainments and both Pleasurewood Hills theme park and Africa Alive are within a short drive, as well as Gorleston and Greta Yarmouth.
Southwold with its pier and summer theatre, Dunwich Heath and beach, rspb Minsmere, Aldeburgh with its fishing boats and local seafood, and Snape Maltings concert hall are easily accessible, as are the lovely Norfolk Broads. Golf and horse riding available within 5 miles. Beach 150 yards. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant 500 yards.

A fabulous cottage in a wonderful location. The cottage was spotless and equiped with everything possible for our stay. Dog friendly beach nearby, fabulous Beach chippy near site, and very central for a number of attractions to visit ie: Sutton Hoo, Southwold, Lowestoft to name a few. Well worth booking.

The cottage was nice and clean but, if you're not great on your feet, it's quite a walk with cases and supplies as there is no direct parking alongside the cottage. If you have dogs and/or like walking it's a great location, just a few minutes from the seafront dunes and sea. There are two pubs in the village within walking distance (sadly only one in the evening for our week as The Waterfront's Chef was on holiday and, therefore closed) but for other things it's a car journey. On the upside Southam and Adnams Brewery is only 10 minutes away! All in all we had an enjoyable week there
