The attractive small market town of Corsham can be found in North West Wiltshire, only 7 miles from the regal city of Bath. The town offers a vibrant weekly market, and is renowned for its numerous Grade ll listed limestone buildings, many of which have been used as locations for TV series and films including Poldark and The Suspicions of Mr Whicher. Locally, Corsham Court is well worth a visit where the impressive art collection can be admired or visitors can enjoy the scenic parkland, designed by Capability Brown. Easily accessible is the stunning city of Bath, where there is so much on offer, catering for all tastes, from the magnificent architecture of the Georgian terraces to the celebrated Roman Baths and wonderful abbey. With ample opportunities to eat out, or indulge in a bit of retail therapy, you really are spoilt for choice. Alternatively, take the short drive to the 13th century village of Lacock, or to Castle Combe, once named England’s prettiest village. Could have done without the big fridge freezer blocking the coat rack. Cleanliness a 4 star because the bins need sterilising before a new bag put in and attention to the mould and scale of the shower head is needed. The old and rickety white cupboard in bathroom also useless. However, owners were quick to replace the TV remote and it was warm, the bed comfortable and everything we needed provided. Thankyou.

The pool was beautifully maintained and clean. Previous guests have commented on a booklet being available containing information on equipment in the bungalow and perhaps a few tourists details. Maintenance: replace light bulbs in bathroom, Lounge dimmer switch needs attention as does the extract fan and towel rail

Also a hairdryer, and bigger bath towels would have been nice.
