We had the most wonderful time at Bell Corner and can't recommend it enough for a relaxing stay in beautiful Suffolk. The cottage was a great base for a party of 4 plus 2 dogs, with more than enough space and an enclosed private garden with 6ft fences (which really helped us relax, knowing that our 2 Saluki's were safe to play in the garden!). Sue was a wonderful host and popped over to say hello, even leaving us a delicious lemon cake. The cottage is very cozy and warm, and decorated to a lovely standard. The location is wonderfully rural but close enough to some local amenities in neighbouring villages (20 mins drive for groceries and another 10 mins drive to visit Southwold etc). Perfect stay for muddy walks in the village and surrounding areas. One of the best places we've ever stayed with the dogs too, so if you're looking for a staycation with pooches, I can't recommend enough! We will be back!

Back from a wonderful weekend 3 night break at the cottage. Everything you could need with lots of added items like books and games. Fabulous fireplace with plenty of wood. Heating works great and everything was really comfortable. The whole cottage was spotless. Huge thanks to host Sue who provided lots of info up front, greeted us and waved us off too. The lemon drizzle cake waiting for us on arrival is possibly the best I’ve ever had! Situated in the middle of the countryside it was nice a remote although only 9 miles from the closest coop. The book on the history of the cottage and the families who built and lived there was a great addition Would definitely recommend!

Just been staying for Christmas and we're completely depressed at having to come home. This was our 6th visit over the last decade and Bell Corner Cottage is a veritable home from home. Sue and Peter are the best and most welcoming of hosts, friendly. The peace and quiet, the dark, the log fires and the easiest TV/Dvd. Halesworth is a lovely town and the countryside around and about so pretty and the coast too. Perfect.
