Surrounded by three acres of tranquil grounds, this secluded barn conversion makes a wonderful hideaway for families and friends enjoying a peaceful break in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. With ample space for up to six guests, the imaginatively updated bolthole features a welcoming wood burner, timber beams, a cute annexe and a delightful courtyard garden with rural views. Lying just outside Frostenden and providing a relaxing base for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, this stunning retreat is perfectly placed for exploring the Suffolk and Essex Coast and Heaths National Landscape.

Entering this beautifully updated barn conversion, you will find a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a lovely central light-filled dining area, two cheerful lounge areas (one with a Smart TV, the other perfect for curling up with a good book) and a sleek, elegantly organised kitchen. There''s also a delightful main lounge with a Smart TV and a wood burner, ideal for spending a quiet evening in. From the kitchen, a staircase leads to a snug mezzanine space with a sofa bed, comfortable seating and a handy desk. The property has three cosy bedrooms: a ground-floor king-size room next to the main family bathroom, an en-suite king-size room upstairs, and an en-suite double in the charming annexe across the courtyard. From the dining area, patio doors open onto a decked space in the enclosed courtyard, with a BBQ and outdoor furniture. The generous surrounding grounds offer far-reaching views, with plenty of space for children to play.
