Guests appreciate the quiet location, sizeable en-suite bedrooms, and the property's suitability for dogs, though vigilance is needed due to unfenced areas.

Reviews are mixed regarding cleanliness; while some guests found the property comfortable and clean, others noted it required a more thorough cleaning. This suggests room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its quietness, proximity to the coast, and lovely local walks, making it an excellent base for exploring Suffolk.

Guests find the barn very comfortable, with cosy living areas, comfy beds, and a spacious setup that accommodates both people and pets well.

Facilities are generally good, including Wi-Fi and a woodburning fire. However, guests advised bringing cleaning supplies and noted the lack of BBQ implements, suggesting some gaps in maintenance.

There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category.

An absolutely beautiful barn perfect for so many occasions. We went for a birthday and had two dogs, you have to be vigilant as the garden is not fenced, but we were always out with them. It’s perfectly located near beautiful walks and the barn itself is so comfortable. Could not recommend this place enough, already planning our next visit!
