Beautiful property, immaculately maintained by the owners who live next door. Phil and Sarah were incredibly welcoming and empathetic. They clearly care about their guests. Their two dogs are delightful and S&P were thoughtful enough to keep them away until they were sure we were happy to meet them. Our stay was far too short. When we left I felt we were saying goodbye to friends rather than to the property owners. Hope to return, especially as our dog thought we’d moved house!

What a little gem! hidden away but not far from everything you could need.Watching deer and hare in the fields and various bird and insect life that abounds around the marshes was wonderful. The hosts Sarah and Philip went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable.Down to the most welcome 'welcome pack' and the very informative and helpful guide to the area (which we used and had many memorable days out), to the binoculars provided it was all so thoughtful. It was also immaculate and had everything you could need to start your holiday off! We will definitely be returning *****

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Little Marsh. The property was beautifully furnished with stunning views across open countryside. The owners who live close by were exceptionally friendly and respected our privacy. Mya our energetic Cocker Spaniel loved running around in the spacious garden. Nice pub about 1.5 miles away. We look forward to a return visit in the future.
