Fantastic cottage. Really quirky. Lovely bits and bobs. Everything you need in kitchen and easy to use. We stayed over christmas and was decorated beautifully.Hot tub was amazing. Easy to use. Clean.Parking was a bit tight to get in and out as people parked on double yellow lines behind so was tough getting out each time. Our car was medium size. The bedroom with the ensuite was rather cold compared to the rest of the house so had to use electric heaters alot.Long burner was a lovely feature we used alot. But lovely big and comfy bed and thick clean duvet. There is a door near one of the bedrooms that links to a neighbours (no access). They must have been away christmas period but was rather loud on our last night at night and their washing machine was also loud through the wall and over our ceiling (late at night and early morning). Wasnt a problem for me as I use ear plugs daily but my husband ended up sleeping in the front room.Showers were lovely clean and powerful and spacious. I would recommend here. It is definitly fun and inviting.

A very unique place to stay, not everyone's 'cup of tea' but certainly an interesting experience. It feels like living in an antique shop with 'style'. We stayed in October, and managed to keep the place warm using a lot of logs on the burner, but later in the year it could be tricky to keep the rooms comfortable. I imagine in the Summer time it would be super as one could make better use of the garden & hot tub. Sadly you do hear loud noises from next door (lower bedroom), washing machines etc quite early in the morning (6:30am one day) which isn't really a perfect 'hideaway', and the finishing of certain elements, are a little 'shaky', toilet seats, ensuite bathroom table etc but overall a clean, fun and welcoming space & if you're an outgoing person well worth a look :)
