Wi-Fi can also be found in the clubhouse building. Southwolds elegant seaside is 6 miles, whilst rspb Minsmere, cycle hire, fishing and golf are all under 9 miles. Boat hire at Beccles, gateway to the southern broads, is 5 miles.. All properties: Bed linen and towels included. Cot and highchair. Laundry room with washing machine and coin-operated tumble dryer (shared). Decking with garden furniture. 35-acre grounds (shared). Indoor heated swimming pool (shared, 9m x 4.8m, open daily April-October, private allocated use by arrangement). Parking. No smoking.

Really enjoyed our stay at Briar cottage , extremely comfy beds whole place smelt really clean and fresh , granddaughter loved the pool used it twice a day . Would definitely recommend this cottage. Nick was very helpful too.

We enjoyed our week’s holiday at Brair Cottage. Our daughter loved feeding the sheep and playing in the play area. It was nice to have the honesty shop as well. The swimming pool was a little bit chilly but once in and swimming you do warm up. Our cottage was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Nick the owner was very friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay and we will return again.

Briar cottage is the perfect location if you want a quiet peaceful holiday surrounded by lovely countryside and wildlife.Southwold and surrounding areas are easily accessible from the cottage.The swimming pool is an added bonus which is lovely in either weather as it’s covered.I would 100% recommend this accommodation.
