Wi-Fi can also be found in the clubhouse building. Southwolds elegant seaside is 6 miles, whilst rspb Minsmere, cycle hire, fishing and golf are all under 9 miles. Boat hire at Beccles, gateway to the southern broads, is 5 miles.. All properties: Bed linen and towels included. Cot and highchair. Laundry room with washing machine and coin-operated tumble dryer (shared). Decking with garden furniture. 35-acre grounds (shared). Indoor heated swimming pool (shared, 9m x 4.8m, open daily April-October, private allocated use by arrangement). Parking. No smoking.

Its a lovely cottage, with comfy beds, modern appliances set in immaculately maintained grounds in a peaceful setting, with 3 friendly sheep and lots of apple and pear trees! Besides the swimming pool there is a club house with a pool table, honesty shop and an expensive DVD collection. There are local walks, a field to allow dogs to run around in and a community pub 20 mins walk away. Its a 15 minute drive to Southwold and Dunwich, which was fine for us. Nick the owner made us feel very welcome and it is clear that he takes a great amount of care over his farm and does all he can to look after his guests.
