The accommodation at Witnesham Hall consists of hallway leading to a spacious sitting room with a large inglenook fireplace, flatscreen Sky TV, DVD player and CD player. The conservatory opens into the back garden.

The kitchen is well- equipped for all your needs, including an electric range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

There is one double bedroom at Witnesham Hall, with a 6'5" bed, with an en- suite shower room and separate bathroom/wc.

Outside

The rear of the property, there is a beautiful garden with a decked area, as well as an outdoor heated swimming pool available for guests to use from June to September. Guests may also use the hard tennis court by prior arrangement with the office.

Other Things to Note

Strictly no smoking, and we do not allow pets. Babies welcome, however please provide your own highchair, moses basket and travel cot. Free WiFi for recreational use, however the speed and service may depend on the package obtained by the owner of the property.
