First is obvious & second if any muddy dog footprints need cleaning. The mini hoover, & small dustpan & brush provided are no use if the floor gets dirty.

This could have been solved by a bit more attention to detail - we would recommend Sykes but not Best of Suffolk-> dirty dining chairs, units not cleaned, no bin bags, cleaning fluids surface wipes/ cloths, loose toilet seat, no manual for TV or instructions for hob, rug with loose ends that moved a bit dangerous. Bed very comfortable, good kitchen facilities and parking quiet location - little things let it down & not follow BEST !!!!of Suffolk aims A few leaflets about the area are usually left for visitors

More cupboard and wardrobe space and a washing machine would be useful. A good base for visiting Aldeburgh and Southwold. The projector and Sky were good at night but not so good during the day especially when the sun was shining. The projector needs tightening up so that the top of the picture could be seen. We would have preferred a smart TV. Overlooked by the owner's property. Okay for us as the owner was away.
