A beautiful compact and quirky cottage, immaculately clean and thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. A perfect base from which to explore the beautiful town of Woodbridge and its immediate surroundings. It should be noted that the staircase to the upper floor is very steep and requires care - handrails have been provided. Property is no great distance from the town centre - it is situated on a steep hill and parking is seemingly at a premium most of the time. Alternative parking was usually found a short distance down the hill in an adjoining road, however. A variety of books and other entertainments for evenings in and a very comfortable sitting room with modern TV. All in all a perfect stay for a couple who are looking for a quiet stay away from it all.

Ideal property for a weekend break or a longer stay. Very comfortable and the welcome gifts were much appreciated. Only criticism was the stairs which we managed with difficulty but definitely not suitable for the less able. Would be happy to return, especially to see how the longboat building was going and also for Aldeburgh fish and chips. Ideal place to stay to visit Sutton Hoo.
