Very well equipped , thoughtful touches ( picnic basket /ice blocks , beach towels , throws etc ), amazing use of space especially in the kitchen.Despite staying during the current heatwave the property was comfortable ( fan provided ) with shade in the garden .Clive was very approachable and supplied full info and photos for our arrival. The welcome pack that he supplied was much appreciated especially the water and fruit juice in the fridge .The property is very well located for all amenities albeit there is a short uphill walk to the main road.As mentioned in other reviews this property has steep stairs to the bedrooms and deep steps from the living room to the kitchen and from the kitchen to the conservatory so may be difficult for people with mobility problems. Overall this is a very comfortable cottage for all seasons as Clive, the owner, has thought of everything to make your stay perfect.

22 Angel lane, well done and thank you for a relaxing Easter break. Arrived late afternoon Good Friday and was surprised to find parking on street only 2 mins away. The rear entrance is the first glimpse of the cottage and it is not disappointing, a wonderful enclosed garden well looked after leading to a very usable conservatory. The kitchen is a very well equipped area, clean and tidy and so comfortable to use. The bathroom is of the Kitchen, with bath and electric shower great towel rad. lounge was super, huge TV with many apps. room very comfy with wood burner. The two Bedrooms are very clean and Bright lots of cupboard space, the rooms are served by two staircases both of which are steep but good Bannister rails provided. We were here over Easter so the Town was very busy but we still managed tables and wonderful food less than 5 minute walk away.
