All ground floor accommodation, Beech Cottage has been comfortably furnished and features a large open-plan living area with comfy sofas for unwinding on and a dining area with seating for up to four guests. The modest kitchen is simple but well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher so you can rustle up a delicious meal or two during your stay. Although, with a restaurant on-site you might be tempted to dine out each evening. The master bedroom with 4'6 double bed has been decorated with neutral colours to create a light and airy feel, and has plenty of hanging space so there's no excuse not to unpack your bags. The shower room is generously sized with a large shower cubicle and has a contemporary feel. Whilst the cottage is ideal for couples seeking a romantic break in the country, there is a further bedroom with a 3' single bed, and a sofa bed can be made up on request so it is also possible for the cottage to accommodate a small family.
The cottage overlooks the pretty gardens of Potton Hall including a beautiful pond and some intriguing sculptures, so why not enjoy a stroll in the light of a beautiful Suffolk sunset. Guests are also most welcome to use the communal hammocks, outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. For a small additional charge, guests can enjoy the saunas and steam room. Potton Hall Spa offers a number of spa treatments so please let the bookings team know if you are interested in making use of the spa facilities during your stay.
Beech Cottage is located outside the main village of Westleton and has some picturesque walking routes to Dunwich from its doorstep.

Lovely property, very conveniently located near a number of places of interest in East Suffolk, including Southwold, Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere. The property had all the facilities we needed and was was ideal for people with mobility issues as it's all laid out one floor, with only one step up to the kitchen and bathroom areas.
