This pretty detached country-style cottage is set in remote woodland with roaming deer, rabbits and wildlife. The land adjoins three farms, two of which sells organic produce. Just a half an hour walk or 3-minute drive to the local pub, a short drive to RSPB Minsmere, Dunwich, Southwold and Aldeburgh, this is a great option for keen walkers, bird watchers and those looking to enjoy visiting the Heritage Coast villages and towns.

The cottage features original beams and benefits from spacious rooms beautifully furnished with bright, modern furnishings offering a comfortable and relaxing setting. The sitting room has plenty of seating, a wood burning stove, television with DVD player, and a small table and chairs. There is a breakfast room with a dining table and chairs. There’s a second sitting room with further seating and another television. A contemporary style fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals. There are four bedrooms to the first floor; with King, Double and two Single beds along with a family bathroom and separate shower room.

The large lawned garden with table and chairs allows you to enjoy the abundance of wildlife and tranquility in the warmer weather. Children will adore the garden treehouse!

The location is ideal for trips to the coast between Southwold, Dunwich, Aldeburgh and Orford. There are nearby castles nearby, famous rspb Minsmere nature reserve is close, and further Inland is the historic Sutton Hoo, and market towns of Woodbridge and Framlingham with a host of independent shops offering fantastic locally produced goods. There are fantastic rural walks, along with local cycle hire, plus Snape Maltings offers year-round concerts, events and boutique shopping. Guests can enjoy local golf, swimming, boating, tennis and world championship crabbing. And of course, there are endless choices of top-quality restaurants, good family-friendly tearooms, cafes, pubs, excellent farm shops and fish stalls within an easy drive.
