Delightfully situated overlooking the Alde estuary and across to Snape Maltings, surrounded by glorious countryside, we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Old Mill Cottage. A minor detail is that the garden is not dogproof and also the TV needed a tech-savvy youngster to operate it! We enjoyed the solitude and walks in the surrounding forests and hope to return.

This cottage was perfect for a couple and two little dogs. The cottage was so cosy and contained everything we needed. I especially loved the wood burner ☺️ Iken Barns is situated in a beautiful area with lots of walking routes and is close to Snape and Minsmere just to name a few places, which are only a short drive away. We loved our break here and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quiet getaway to relax.
