Breward Hall is situated in a lovely part of East Suffolk, within easy reach of the county’s stunning coastline.

Only 15 minutes from Aldeburgh to the east and 10 minutes from the historic market town of Framlingham with its impressive 12th Century castle to the west. Suffolk is brimming with interesting activities and events taking place all year round and has a fantastic heritage of arts and culture in the nearby towns and villages.

The Hall is nestled among miles after miles of country walks, including in the estate’s own 150 acre wood. Plenty of outdoor and country sports or activities can be arranged at your request, from fishing in the Hall’s own trout lake, to clay pigeon shooting nearby. Interior
Dating back to 1354, the Hall combines traditional elegance with modern luxuries. There are three sizeable reception rooms, a games room and a large dining room perfect for formal entertaining as well as relaxing with a book.
Breward Hall also offers a fully equipped kitchen for self catering or catered guests and a utilities room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
The Hall accommodates up to 20 guests in 10 rooms over the first and second floor. 6 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with 4 further bathrooms over all 3 floors and there is a spacious bar and cinema room also on the second floor.
There are an additional 2 bedrooms available in the adjacent Barn, enabling you to have up to 24 guests stay on the estate.
The Barn also functions as an event venue in itself - the Medieval Hall, Banqueting Hall and Minstrels Gallery can be adapted to fulfill any requirement and can hold between 10 and 400 guests.
There is underfloor heating throughout and exceptional hire facilities including commercial kitchens, inbuilt projector, PA system, Wifi, soundproofing and parking.
