Butler's Barn is a great cottage in a quiet, rural location. It is well equipped and inviting. It was very spacious for 2 of us.We are bird watchers, so the location was outstanding to visit many Reserves and coastal areas, all within a 30 minute drive.As previously stated in reviews, you need to take condiments, but the other kitchen equipment is more than adequate.Waste/recycling bins are by the driveway entance.A welcome gift was also well received.Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

As a family of four, this was a perfect bolt hole for a week to explore the fantastic Suffolk countryside and beaches. We took our bikes and loved exploring the quiet country lanes. Butlers Barn was full of character, beautifully converted and everything we needed for the week. Set on a working farm, but completely self contained and the only disturbance we had was from a nosey gaggle of geese one morning.Would highly recommend The Fox in Darsham for great food. The only observation was the lack of information about bins and recycling, but we worked it out. If planning on catering you will need to take condiments, oil etc but kitchen well equipped otherwise (minus a pizza cutter - not a deal breaker ;-))
