Enjoy walks from the front door. Leiston with its steam museum, leisure centre with swimming pool and cinema is ½ a mile away. Beaches at Sizewell, 2 miles, and 4 miles further on at Aldeburgh. Leiston Abbey ½ mile, Minsmere Bird Reserve rspb 3 miles, Snape Maltings 6 miles, Southwold 10 miles, NT at Dunwich, Sutton, and Orford Ness. Shops and pub ½ mile.

There were two of us plus a dog. We had a warm welcome from the owner with biscuits for us and some for the dog. The garden to the front is very pretty and ideal for our dog. The patio area to the back is great for watching the wildlife. We saw marsh harriers, rabbits, hares, bats and muntjac deer. The shops in Leiston are very friendly, I would recommend a visit to the long shop museum and the fish and chips shop opposite the Co-op.The Abbey and nature reserve are within easy walking distance and also worth a visit. Details were provided by the owner.We would all love to go back. There is such a lot to see and do, plus a lovely place to come back to.
