Lovely clean and welcoming property in a very quiet location away from the main road, with undercover parking provided.Petrol station a few meters down the main road, with a little shop, although the property location is close to a pub within 20 minutes of the town centre.The roads around Leiston are busy with construction traffic for the new Sizewell C being prepared for by the construction of a railway line.Plenty to do in the area, eg Sizewell Beach, Dunwich Village Museum, Aldburgh, Southwold and Woodbridge are all within 30 mins driving.

Very clean and very quiet. A good, central location for venues, including Aldeburgh, RSPB Minsmere and not to be missed - a tour of Sizewell B nuclear power station.
