Holly Cottage was delightful! Full of charm, and located so conveniently opposite a great pub. The cottage was spotlessly clean, the rooms thoughtfully laid out and the welcome package was fabulous. This is a property that is well cared for and had everything we needed for our short break. Have already recommended to others.

This was the best-appointed accommodation I have ever stayed in. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, with every imaginable gadget, from an air fryer to a zester. The atmosphere throughout the cottage was warm, wonderfully cosy, and genuinely welcoming. The heating was fully adjustable, and there was also a fireplace—once lit, we were able to snuggle down and relax in complete comfort. The beds and seating were beautifully plush and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with a lovely selection of toiletries, and the welcome hamper was a delightful sight after a long day of travel. Highly recommended, though guests should note that the stairs are steep, as described. Holly Cottage is set in a beautiful area and makes an excellent base for exploring both Suffolk and Norfolk.
