We had a wonderful time at the cottage and the welcome pack was wonderful.It was very cozy and comfortable and wonderful views of the sea plus within a 2 minute walk to the beach and shops cafes etc.The owner was very pleasant and helpful too.

Really nice part of Felixstowe to stay at. Good views over bay and some splendid walks to Felixstowe Ferry and Landgard Point. Also easy access to town centre. The location is quiet and things have got even better with changes to parking regulation and better walks along the seafront. The owner is a delight to talk to.
