One of the single beds was wet on arrival. Venetian blinds were difficult to use. Welcome pack was appreciated.

We had a wonderful time in Felixstowe, the cottage was perfect, very spacious and comfortable. Great location, very close to beach but peaceful and quiet. Really appreciated the welcome pack, thank you.Would wholeheartedly recommend.

The cottage was in a good position with a very quick walk to the beach. Please note however, if you go in the summer months dogs aren't allowed on this beach. The cottage was well equipped and bigger than expected and a little garden to sit out in and eat if you wanted.
