On the lower ground floor you will find the stylish kitchen with integrated appliances and a large island, as well as a dining area for up to eight guests. For your convenience there is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and cloakroom/WC. The first of the five bedrooms is located on the lower ground floor, featuring a generous king-size bed, luxurious feather bedding and an en-suite bathroom with a statement free-standing bath.

Up the stairs to the ground floor level there is a further bedroom with 4'6 double bed and en-suite shower room, in addition to the large open-plan living space. The living space with plenty of comfy seating has an impressive two-storey vaulted ceiling and is overlooked by the mezzanine floor complete with football table. What better way to spend a cool winter's night than snuggled up in front of the wood burning stove whilst the big kids play a game or two of table football. The mezzanine floor is accessed through bedroom three with a 4'6 double bed on the first floor. Up to the second and final floor are two further bedrooms. The first of these has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has a small 4' double bed and shares the family bathroom with bedroom three on the first floor. The second floor also benefits from a small kitchenette area with a wash basin so there's no need to trek down numerous flights of stairs for a glass of water in the night. With so many bedrooms to choose from you're truly spoilt for choice.

Outside, garden dining furniture is provided and space for parking two cars on the shared driveway.

Glencairn House is ideally located in central Thorpeness with many amenities on its doorstep including the famous Meare, golf course and Dolphin Inn.
