This property is a three-storey townhouse which starts with bedrooms, then has the communal areas and finishes with more bedrooms on the top floor. As you enter, you’ll see a comfortable double bedroom, and a single bedroom with an ornamental fireplace and a large bay window. A shower room with a deep shower is on the ground floor. Continue to the first floor, where the stairs lead directly into the lounge. This is a bright and beautiful space with French doors to the balcony. Next, find the kitchen/dining area, complete with necessities plus a coffee machine and a wine fridge so you can have delicious drinks throughout your stay. The dining table seats six for shared meals. Keep going to the second floor for a second bathroom, and a huge bedroom with a king-size bed, vaulted ceiling and large windows. Then there’s a twin bedroom with two single beds and a cot for a little one. A highchair can also be provided. This property has two outdoor spaces: the balcony on the second floor; and the courtyard garden on the ground floor. Both of these spots have seating areas and there’s a BBQ.

If you don’t fancy cooking, don’t worry! There’s a delicious smoked fish restaurant less than 200 metres away, and you’ll find an ice-cream parlour, a pub, the beach and a bookshop all within a 500-metre radius of the property. Take a little quiet time on Haven Nature Reserve (0.5 miles) or amble to Thorpeness (2 miles) to explore another seaside town.
