The property has two ground floor bedrooms and a ground floor wet room, there is ramped access to the ground floor. The third bedroom is found on the mezzanine level and has its own bathroom. With stunning settings surrounding the property, including an orchard, the property benefits from a private garden with patio area. The village of Debenham is a charming Suffolk village and boasts its own pub, a local co-op grocery shop and cafes and gift shops too. Debenham is a short drive away from the historic market towns of Framlingham and Eye.

Had a great stay at Folly Barn, it’s a lovely, comfortable and private setting on the edge of Debenham with plenty of space inside and out with good facilities. It’s also a great location for exploring the Suffolk countryside and coastal region. Would definitely recommend!
