Bedroom two on the ground floor boasts an impressive en-suite shower room with a large walk-in shower and a super-king size zip and link bed which can be separated into twin single beds if required, ideal for families. Upstairs bedroom one benefits from a fabulous en-suite bathroom with a feature free-standing bath and large walk-in shower.

Outside, adjacent to the property, is a fun games room (shared use with the owners) including table tennis and a table football. The large enclosed sun terrace, with raised flower bed running down one side, includes outside seating for four guests and a barbecue. Through the locally made iron gates, there is access to a large field beyond leading to extensive footpaths and country walks.
