An ideal property for a family gathering - extremely generously equipped, plenty of space inside and out and good catering facilities. The children enjoyed an expedition by canoes and kayaks on the river from Sudbury and found the cycle routes pleasantly light in traffic.

The owner met us at the property and was extremely welcoming. She showed us round every room and all appliances and encouraged use of all facilities including glasses for our party on Saturday night. Overall, we loved the Barn and were made to feel relaxed and were encouraged to treat the place like our own home. Both the owner and the amazing Barn made my birthday celebrations complete.
