This was our 3rd stay and we'd definitely stay again!

A really enjoyable stay over Christmas, beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches everywhere (small tv in the second bedroom, interesting books & DVDs, well equipped kitchen). Thoroughly recommend!

  • Cynthia

Tastefully decorated, beautifully clean and well maintained, with quality bed linen and towels. The garden is well stocked with plants and outdoor furniture, ideal for dogs and humans. Thank you for the welcome pack, and dog bowls and treats. Some more information about dog-friendly pubs and cafes would have been welcome. The cottage is very quiet but the main street with all amenities is one minute away, and footpath over the bridge for dog walking the other side of the car park by the house. Excellent museum and heritage centre by the house. Long Melford is a fascinating village architecturally, and is close to many attractions in Suffolk. Well worth a visit. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.
