A spacious, former cartlodge located in Higham, sleeping six with an open-plan living space and stunning views across the parkland beyond. The property is in a rural and peaceful location allowing you to truly relax and enjoy the scenic views of Constable country.
The Cartlodge is built as a luxury holiday home which is both light and spacious, offering high vaulted ceilings in the farmhouse kitchen and open-plan living space. The practical stylish kitchen is well-equipped and includes a range-style cooker, large fridge freezer and french doors leading into the garden. Three steps down to the dual aspect sitting room you will find two large sofas, a smart television and french doors to accentuate the views.
Sleeping six with three comfortable king-size beds (one which can be made into a twin on request), the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with a further family bathroom for the other two rooms. All rooms are bright and tastefully decorated, and have lovely views towards the parkland.
Situated directly in fifteen acres of private parkland this detached property ensures wonderful south facing views of the Dedham Vale from all windows. Step out onto the patio where there is garden furniture available and a barbecue, so you can fully enjoy the outside space and revive both body and soul. This retreat is ideal for those looking for a peaceful location where you are surrounded by fresh air and open countryside, yet with lots of interest and amenities in the surrounding area.
