If you have dogs joining you, please note there are free range chickens roaming in the wider grounds and therefore we ask that you kindly have your dogs on a lead when outside of the private garden please.• Short breaks: Available at this property.• Smoking: Not allowed at this property. • Rooms: 1 bedroom, ensuite bathroom, sitting room, kitchen. • Beds: 1 king sized bed. • Luxuries: Wi-Fi, smart TV.• General: Underfloor heating on the ground floor.
