    About this property

Ashbourne 4 miles. A superbly modern ground floor barn conversion located near Ashbourne in Derbyshire. The roomy, comfortable living and surrounding fields and views make this cottage perfect for a small family. The large doors from the front garden area take you into the spacious sitting room complete with comfortable seating, a contemporary woodburning stove and a Smart TV, here guests can sit back and relax after a busy day exploring the area. The kitchen is nothing short of impressive with stylish, modern furnishings and plenty of space to cook delicious meals for the family. This cottage also comes with two well-furnished, welcoming bedrooms and a fashionable shower room with a tremendous shower. To the front of the cottage sits an incredible courtyard area with plenty of seating, a well-kept lawn, a stylish gas BBQ and a mobile dog kennel. There are also numerous surrounding fields for your dog to enjoy at its leisure. Ashbourne is under 4 miles away and offers a variety of shops on traditional cobbled streets as well as many pubs and restaurants. Alton Towers theme park is just a 20 minute drive away for thrillseekers. Matlock is a shorter drive away, a beautiful location baring a lot of scenery. An astounding luxury holiday home set in a sublime location, this cottage can be enjoyed throughout the year.

Lying south of the Peak District, Ashbourne is a perfect example of an English market town - it has a market place with stalls, eccentric street plan, narrow cobbled alleys, coaching inns and almshouses. In its heyday in the 18th century, the town was a fashionable social centre and many fine Georgian buildings remain from this period. Today the town still has much to offer in terms of restaurants and inns and is regarded as something of a haven for antique hunters - but don’t expect a bargain! For those who prefer outdoor pursuits, the Dove and Manifold Valleys are close by. Alton Towers is just 20 minutes away.

" Our first impression was how spotlessly clean it was. Set in a secluded courtyard surrounded by fields to walk in it is the perfect place to bring dogs and for those who wish peace and quiet. The long lane to reach the property has extensive views over the River Dove and the ruins of the Abbey next door have a fascinating history. All the specifications are of a high standard and it has been furnished and designed with such taste. The kitchen is fabulous, the bed very comfortable and the walk in shower superb. The garden is fully enclosed with a good lawn for our dog, the seating area and barbecue will be a delight for those that visit in the summer. Lastly I cannot thank the owners enough for such a practical and generous welcome pack. We thoroughly enjoyed our cooked breakfast on our first morning. All the produce was local including the bread and the butter. A superb place to get away from it all! "

" Great welcome hamper and the owner, Dean, is very helpful. We’ll be back! "

" We have stayed at Grey Roofs for the whole of the last month and have had a wonderful stay. It truly is a home from home. The property completely lives up to expectations from the description and photographs listed. Everywhere in the property was spotless on our arrival, including all the kitchen cupboards, microwave and oven (things that are often not as good as they could be). The bedding and towels were obviously all freshly laundered and although we actually brought our own towels (we always do) I would have had no problems at all with using the ones provided. Dean, the host has been welcoming, helpful and friendly. We have had particularly bad weather whilst we have been here and he has offered to bring us shopping in from the local supermarket on more than one occasion. He should be very proud of what he provides in his holiday rental. On our arrival we were greeted with the fullest welcome hamper I have ever seen, everything for a full english plus treats for the dog, a packet of sweets and even suet rolls to put in the bird feeder outside. Watching the birds through the lounge windows, of which there are many and varied has been a real treat. The property is situated down a long lane which is bumpy to say the least so be aware that there are huge potholes at the beginning of the lane. There is a secure garden area so we have been happy to let our little dog have a roam around and explore with no concerns that she could get out. Despite the weather, we have been out walking every day but it has been nice to come back to a lovely cozy property and settle down for the evening in front of a TV which is connected to a wide variety of channels (Netflix / I-Player to name a few). There is also a fabulous contemporary log burner but we found the property so lovely and warm that we never had to use it. I was very surprised to read the review below about the charges for the landline. I felt the comments were really unfair. The landline has been provided for emergency purposes due to the lack of mobile coverage at the property (there is a signal as soon as you are half way up the lane so if you really really need to make a call it's easy to do so!) I have never stayed at a property where the owner has been thoughtful enough to provide this service and he has asked guests in the information folder to show respect and ask people to return calls where a call is necessary. I have found this service invaluable because it has meant my 81year old Mum has been able to call me each morning, giving me peace of mind and keeping her connected to us. We have also made a number of phone calls via WattsApp with no problems whatsoever so I'm confused as to why the reviewer couldn't make an internet call??? There is a lovely walk accross the fields to the local pub The Duncombe Arms in Ellastone. Due to the excessive rain this month it has been extremely muddy for us (nothing our wellingtons couldn't cope with), but it has still been a great bonus and I am sure when the weather improves, this will be even better. The market town of Ashbourne is only 4 miles away with all of the necessary shops and amenities. The Tissington Trail is also only a short drive so there is plenty of opportunity for some fabulous walks. All in all we have had an amazing stay and I can't really think of anything negative to say apart from the lack of sun!! :) "

"Just got back from a lovely stay at Grey Roofs. The place is a decent size, very clean and pretty much has everything you need in the kitchen department! We had an issue with one of our dogs (nothing to do with the place, an ongoing illness) and Dean helped us with vets numbers and giving us some special food to try and get the dog to eat. " The location is idyllic. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility and privacy of the accommodation. Situated behind a walled garden the barn has been converted to the highest possible standard and is very modern in design, with everything you need for a really comfortable holiday . We liked it so much we have booked another 2 stays later in the year. Hardly any light pollution at night which means the night would probably have looked fantastic had it not rained all weekend. The poor weather just made the weekend all the more cosy though. Try the Duncombe Arms for a dr8nk or food. One 0f the bes pubs I have ever been in and only a mile from the door. Dean the owner was very helpful and obliging and provided a lovely breakfast hamper on arrival. I can not recommend the place highly enough "

We was welcomed with a lovely hamper with everything for a full English and all nice and fresh and locally sourced, it even had some treats in for the dogs! You have absolutely signal there but it’s good to take some time off of your phone! There is internet provided free of charge and it was very fast broadband, someone has left a review saying you can’t use it but we had no problem making video calls to family at all so don’t listen to that! The garden is very secure we have a husky who can escape anywhere and she couldn’t get out, there’s also keys to lock the gate too if you’re worried about people coming in (even though it’s in the middle of nowhere). We would definitely stay here again! Only thing it was missing was a hot tub :) "

" We had a wonderful stay at Grey Roofs. My mum, myself and my dog. The property is not the most obvious to find, sat nav takes you down the wrong drive about 1 min away, so perhaps a sign pointing you in the right direction from the main road entrance would be helpful. We kind of stumbled upon it really, but the owner lives so close if you do miss it and phone him, he will come and guide you in so not a major issue. Grey Roofs was everything we wanted for our weeks stay in the Peak District. We arrived to a wonderful unexpected hamper with enough in it for a full English breakfast for our first morning, plus a pack of treats for our dog. We have stayed in many cottages in England and never had a welcome hamper this well stocked before, it was a lovely and much appreciated gift. We have a small dog so an enclosed secure garden with at least a small patch of grass is the first thing we look for and this property has that 100%. In fact there is a historic abbey who’s ruins form part of the secure garden enclosure, which adds so much character. The location is peaceful, you are not overlooked by other properties so very quiet and private. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of wardrobe space in both bedrooms, the beds are comfortable with plenty of spare floor space. The shower is large and forceful. The living room is light with patio doors leading into the garden, the sofas are comfortable.. There is a smart TV, and for those that like to watch TV, it is set up with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc so you won’t be short of things to watch. There is also a TV in every room including the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and modern, it was not missing anything that we could see. This is without doubt one of my favourite properties we have stayed in and we will be returning to stay again when we next come to the area. There is plenty to see and do around Ashbourne. We are keen walkers with our dog, so this is a little of what we found and recommend:- Carsington Water Is about 15-20 min drive and is a massive reservoir built in 1992, you can do a variety of walks from 1 mile to 8.5 miles around the whole reservoir, great all weather easy access path around it, visitor centre there does wonderful food. The grounds around the Chatsworth are lovely with plenty of different walks available, food court area at Chatsworth dog friendly. Tissington village with its tea rooms is dog friendly and worth a visit. Eyam the Plague village is interesting and pretty and tea rooms dog friendly. Explore the Tissington Trail and Monsal trails at various starting points. Going to a visitor information centre is great as they have lots of walking books in and around each village and area so this helps you to plan what you want to see and do, they have various books and leaflets like circular pub walks, circular dog walks, tea room walks, river walks, dale and Moore walks, short walks and long walks, they have step by step guide instructions with parking locations and info on what you will see on walk. Another tip is to download the ifootpath app, you can search for walks in particular areas by length/terrain/ease of walk etc. What ever you choose to do on your stay , I hope you enjoy Grey Roofs as much as we did. 100% recommend and a big thank you to Dean the Property owner for our hamper and making us feel so welcome "
    Mr Crilly ‐ 1 Sep 2019
" The Barn totally blew us away, the pictures really don’t do it justice, we arrived in perfect weather and it sits next to part of Calwich Abbey which is derelict but somehow also beautiful. The Barn is much bigger than expected with a fab lounge area, an absolutely beautiful kitchen which was a pleasure to cook in ( I love to cook) and had everything you could possibly need. The bedroom we used was comfy and the best wardrobe space we’ve had anywhere, which was handy as we were there for a fortnight and the bathroom had an amazing shower. Dean had left a lovely welcome hamper and is really friendly and helpful and happy to chat or to leave you to enjoy your stay. The peace and solitude is amazing and the night sky’s are awesome, there were preparations for a wedding going on but this didn’t really impact us as we were out all day, the area had so much to offer for cyclists and walkers and also lots of National Trust and other houses nearby to visit. We really hope to return again soon. "

" Me my mum and dog. Met by Dean who is lovely and friendly and arrived to a wonderful hamper full of everything to cook a full English breakfast, as well as dog treats for our girl which was amazing and we were very grateful. Beautiful 100% fully enclosed secure dog friendly garden, loved that the historic Abbey ruins form part of the garden enclosure, so much character. The accommodation is well equipped and very comfortable. TV in every room, lounge has Netflix and Amazon Prime for those who like TV. Loads of wardrobe space, and bedrooms are a great size. Kitchen is modern and everything you need is there. We were blessed with wonderful weather so out all day everyday averaging about 8-9 mile walks with our dog and for our 3rd trip to this area of the Peak District there is still so much to see and walk. Carsington water is a wonderful reservoir walk with great all weather path about 15 mins from Grey Roofs, great visitor center there with excellent restaurant, to walk whole way round is 8.5 miles but there are options for shorter if you prefer. The Tissington trail is great and you can walk sections of it from various points, we walked some from the start of the trail in Ashbourne, and more of it starting in Tissington village which has a couple of great dog friendly tea rooms. Eyam the Plague village is worth a visit with dog friendly tea rooms as is Ilam village parking on the Ilam Estate, you can also do the Dovedail walk incorporating the stepping stones from there. Ashbourne and other surrounding villages have tourist information centres and if you want ideas on where to visit or walk one of those is great, so many leaflets and walking books/leaflets, we bought a dog friendly pub walk and tea room walk book plus 4 other walking books around different areas of Peak District, easy to follow and parking details with points of interest during walk. You can even download the iFootpath App for more walks. Grey Roofs is a great accommodation in a great area for exploring, we would 100% recommend it and will definitely be returning when we visit the Peaks again. "
    Mrs Pringle ‐ 1 Aug 2019
" Dean is extremely friendly and genuinely seems to care about his guests. Happened to mention we didn’t have any sea salt or black pepper and within seconds he was passing them over the fence! He also asked us twice if we needed anything from the shops which was really kind and thoughtful! Ashbourne is lovely as is Tissington village! The only negative was there was building work going on just outside the gates which set the dogs off barking! Hopefully this is soon finished. Other than that a lovely stay! "
    Mrs Tomalin ‐ 1 Aug 2019
" It also encouraged us to seek out these places the next day. The Abbey ruins next door were haunting and beautiful at the same time. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing time. "
    Mrs Smith ‐ 1 Jul 2019
" We found the cottage to be quite exceptional in terms of cleanliness, facilities and equipment. We met Dennis and found him to be very friendly and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anybody reading this and we will definitely return for a future holiday. We had a great time and a very relaxing break. "
    Miss Taylor ‐ 1 Jul 2019
" Cottage is of high quality and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Welcome hamper was a lovely touch too. Excellent location for exploring the Peak District. Definitely would return and highly recommend the property. "

" Two minutes away was a glorious walk with wide open spaces for the dogs. We met the ladies who prepare the cottage and they were very friendly , we would recommend this cottage . "
    Mrs Hayes ‐ 1 Apr 2019
" The secure garden was just perfect for our 2 dogs. The welcoming hamper was a great touch and very much appreciated. Cannot speak highly enough of this cottage, a rwal pleasure to have stayed there. "
    Mrs Davies ‐ 1 Apr 2019
" It's a very impressive place, very modern and stylish cosy and warm. The food hamper was the best we have had. The owner Dean is converting the next door barn but work is limited to Friday's and was not at all intrusive. Dean was very helpful and easy to get along with and we had a fantastic time. There are plenty of walks for dogs and a very secure garden and the weather was brilliant. We would love to stay there again. C&T Davies "

" We have just got back after a week at the Grey Roofs cottage which is only a few miles from Ashbourne. The accommodation certainly lived up to the pictures and more.It is down a long lane which makes it very private and beautifully quiet, which we love. The whole cottage has been kitted out very tastefully and is very clean. The under floor heating was amazing and kept us incredibly warm and cosy to the extent that we didn't even need to light the woodburner. It is also a great dog friendly place with a brilliant fully enclosed courtyard, so no need to worry about your dog getting out. It is also surrounded by fields, one of which you can walk your dog safely. There are lots of lovely places to go walking within the area, Dovedale,Carsington Water,Tissington trail, just a few we managed to visit. Although we didn't take the bikes this time it is certainly a great area if you are a cyclist, beautiful countryside. Dean was very friendly and he even came to the top of the drive in his van to help us find our way to the cottage when we arrived. We would have no hesitation in book this cottage again and would certainly recommend it to family and friends. "
    Mrs Dale ‐ 1 Jan 2019
" It is a lovely cottage, very warm and cosy and lovely and quiet. Very dog friendly with a great secure garden. Within a short distance there are some lovely areas to walk such as Dovedale,The Tissington trail which is also great for cyclists and Carsington water. The welcome hamper was just fantastic, the best we have ever had. We would certainly like to visit this cottage again and would recommend it to family and friends. "
    Mrs Howell-briggs ‐ 1 Jan 2019
" The welcome hamper was full of local produce which was lovely and tasty, the enclosed yard was excellent for our dogs. We would definately return maybe in the summer so we can take advantaged of the barbecue and the outside space too. There are lots of places to take the dogs for walks within 20 minute drives and also nearby field. There is a local pub 3 minutes drive away and it is dog friendly the food was delicious The Dunscombe Arms. All in all an excellent Cottage which we would recommend . "
    Ms Partridge ‐ 1 Dec 2018
" Location was very peaceful and everything we needed was available. Some great dog walks near by and our dogs were exhausted after the week! Dean the owner was on hand for our arrival and left a hamper with some lovely local produce. The garden was great for the dogs as it is very secure and well lit with outside lights at night. Visited in winter so didn’t use the BBQ but it looks great. Would definitely visit here again, had a fantastic week. "

"...after travelling over 100 miles it'd be easier if it was sign posted. The cottage was exceptional although it is in a rather derelict location but handy for the superb dog walks. The yard was perfect as were the facilities and space. We couldn't have faulted the westher so enjoyed sitting outside. The owners guidebook suggested it was a 10.30 am leave but email stated 10 am. We left at 10.33 am but still felt pushed out. Dean was polite enough but entered the property while we were clearly loading the car with the final pieces. He handed my poorly mum our dog beds as if to get her out which i did not appreciate. Consequently I didn't get to have a last minute check and left food which I intended to take and my hair comb. Everything replaceable but felt if Dean had waited a couple more mins I'd have definitely come back. Only disappointing thing was for the money, a king size comfy bed would be better than the low double with a not so comfy mattress. Yvonne"

"Having selected Grey Roofs based on the glorious photos and proximity for where we wanted to be we were not disappointed if anything we were blown away. Grey Roofs accepts 2 well behaved dogs and is well suited as a holiday base for the energetic canine that likes to take their human companions on holiday with them. We received a warm friendly reception and the addition of a welcome pack is a very nice touch. There is plenty of good walking for the dogs and humans with a nice walk across park land and public footpath that can take you to rear entrance of a charming village pub that does great food. I would recommend a stay at Grey Roofs to anyone. Thanks for a great break."
    - Mrs Lovatt, November 2018
"The property was brilliant, the underfloor heating kept us cosy warm and facilities such as kitchen and shower were of a extremely high standard. Location makes travelling for days out easy we visited Chatsworth house and Bakewell. Evenings were great as property so relaxing, we took full advantage of the smart tv and now tv film package provided. Fully enclosed garden was perfect for our small dog Bella we never needed to worry about leaving a door open. Welcome hamper, have to agree with other reviews such a excellent surprise. Dean the owner was great, he was available to answer any questions, but gave you full privacy. If you are looking for a high quality, modern property with super entertainment package but in a location which benefits from peace, quiet and walks from the door you can stop looking, greyroofs manages to meet all expectations. We will definitely look to return."

"The noise caused my dogs to bark and I had to keep them in. I do think it would be fair to inform guests if such work is being carried out. As a consequence I didn’t benefit from the peace and quiet of the property which is one of the features that was important to me. Grey Roofs is a fabulous property, the welcome hamper was first class. I would recommend Grey Roofs to friends and family."

Dean was very accommodating and helpful if you needed him, otherwise left you to enjoy your holiday. Would highly recommend. Pauline, Andy and Ralphy"

"Very well equipt, modern, spacious and clean; ideal for me, my husband, baby and dog. We received a beautiful hamper too to welcome us which was a great touch. Definitely something we appreciate in a 5* cottage. We also ordered a Tesco delivery who did manage to find the cottage so this was perfect. Ideal for dog walkers as there is a large field next door where our dog could run off lead. The cottage was also very secure for him as it’s all enclosed. Ideal location for Ashbourne and Dovedale and about 30 mins to Matlock (all places I would recommend, especially Dovedale stepping stones). The cottage itself is very secluded and right next to the Calwich Abbey down a very long lane. This was a little unnerving at first as we’re used to neighbours but we got used to it by the end of the week. There was a very strong smell from the septic tank which put us off sitting outside which was a tad disappointing. This could have been due to the heat and the fact that the owner is renovating the cottage next door. As said in a previous review...I would have liked to have seen a king size bed with a more comfy mattress In the main bedroom! I ended up sleeping in the smaller room for some of the week. All in all though a great find and I would definitely recommend this place to others, especially if you have a dog."

As said in a previous review...I would have liked to have seen a king size bed with a more comfy mattress In the main bedroom! I ended up sleeping in the smaller room for some of the week. All in all though a great find and I would definitely recommend this place to others, especially if you have a dog."
    - Miss Stringer, August 2018
"The location was as described but had it not been for earlier reviews we'd have likely never found it....after travelling over 100 miles it'd be easier if it was sign posted. ..."
    - Mr Sullivan, September 2017
"Owner very helpful. Having rented cottages for over 20 years, this probably the best, or at least in the top 3."
    - Mrs Lock, October 2017
"It catered to our needs and was very suitable for our baby and dogs. Would definitely go back."
    - Mrs Bunning, October 2017
"The welcome basket (including dog treats) was a lovely touch. We would recommend Grey Roofs without hesitation."
    - Mr Ayres, November 2017
"Peace and quite and plenty of wildlife. The property is finished to a very high standard - all a credit to the owner."
    - Mr Plampin, November 2017
"The owner was very friendly but not intrusive and the welcome hamper was a nice touch. Thanks."
    - Mrs Snell, December 2017
"Very clean, modern and finished to a high standard. Welcome hamper was a lovely touch. The only downside was not having enough time to spend there!! We would definitely love to return. Thank you"
    - Mrs Smale, December 2017
". The welcome hamper was lovely thank you. I would definitely recommend and definitely go back."
    - Miss Swain, January 2018
"It look far better in real life than on the photos. It’s set within beautiful grounds and is very quite. The owner was lovely although we never met him, he left us a beautiful hamper of goodies, bacon, eggs, sausages and even dog treats. I would highly recommend this property for a weeeknd away."
    - Mr Hodges, January 2018
"The cottage was immaculate; clean and extremely well appointed with excellent modern appliances. Its location provided a number of good local walks for us and the dog. It is also well placed for access to Dovedale and the southern Peak District. The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise - the local produce within was delicious. We had a slight problem with the water heating but the owner responded immediately and was with us in 15 minutes to sort out the problem. Highly recommended."
    - Mr McCann, March 2018
"Owner (Dean) provided us with some locally produced produce all we needed for a lovely cooked breakfast and even some treats for our dog a very nice touch. Great walks on the door step and plenty of places to visit. Would definitely recommend thankyou."
    - Mrs Hawker, March 2018
"Definitely the best welcome package ever left for us!"
    - Mrs Weaver, April 2018
"The cottage is in a very quiet location and the facilities are lovely. Cottage is done to a very high specification so makes the holiday extra luxurious. The kitchen is very well equipped, we definitely recommend and book again. The only tiny tiny comment is the hot water is tricky... you have to be quick in the shower before it turns cold..."
    - Mrs Muldoon, April 2018
"The hamper was an added bonus full of local produce, even treats for the dog. Thank you Dean. Lots to do and see in the area and a little further afield."
    - Mr Fulton, April 2018
"The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage. We found the beds extremely comfortable. There is a large walk-in shower with underfloor heating - lovely! Grey Roofs is set down a winding 'track' across farmland, but the track itself is well made so it's easy to negotiate. It's very peaceful. Ashbourne is a short drive away where there are supermarkets for your holiday needs and Grey Roofs location makes it easy to visit all the interesting places in the area. The patio area of Grey Roofs is large and there is a large B-B-Q - weather permitting! The hamper of local produce left for us by Dean and Fiona was much appreciated. We really enjoyed our week in Grey Roofs and hope to visit again sometime in the future."
    - Mr Barlow, May 2018
"The welcome hamper was a real treat. Will definately be back!"
    - Mr Brown, May 2018
"The accommodation was first class, with a wonderful kitchen, comfortable lounge area. Comfortable beds as well. The shower was very much appreciated, rarely have we stayed anywhere where the shower was better than the one we have at home. We made use of the barbecue as we were extremely lucky with the weather. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. The Derbyshire Dales are beautiful and we enjoyed lots of walks with our two dogs. They appreciated the doggy treats in the welcome pack, and we appreciated the totally secure garden, with peace of mind they couldn’t get out. A very peaceful setting that I am sure we will visit again."
    - Mrs Harrison, June 2018
"The holiday home has everything you need and is finished to a very high standard I marked just below happy face for comfort purely because the bed was extremely hard would of preferred a softer mattress but that was the only reason the rest was perfect and would definitely go again.Oh and you get a lovely welcome hamper on arrival too which is a lovely gesture.***** 5 star + accommodation."
    - Wickwar, June 2018
"Will definitely book it again and once the new cottage behind is finished the site will be lovely."
    - Mrs Roberts, July 2018
"The property was further from the road than we anticipated which meant we had difficulty finding it however we telephoned the owner who met us at the top of the road and guided us to the property. Beautiful surroundings, High quality furnishings, spotlessly clean and excellent facilities. Would definitely recommend it"
    - Mrs Mitrovic, July 2018
"Very secure garden which was a bonus as we had dogs . High standard of property . Would recommend trip to Dovedale and Bakewell"
    - Mrs Sumner, July 2018
"Very well equipt, modern, spacious and clean; ideal for me, my husband, baby and dog. We received a beautiful hamper too to welcome us which was a great touch. Definitely something we appreciate in a 5* cottage. We also ordered a Tesco delivery who did manage to find the cottage so this was perfect. Ideal for dog walkers as there is a large field next door where our dog could run off lead. The cottage was also very secure for him as it’s all enclosed. Ideal location for Ashbourne and Dovedale ..."

"We have just got back after a week at the Grey Roofs cottage which is only a few miles from Ashbourne. It is also a great dog friendly place ..."

Dean the owner was on hand for our arrival and left a hamper with some lovely local produce. The garden was great for the dogs as it is very secure and well lit with outside lights at night. Visited in winter so didn’t use the BBQ but it looks great."

"We had a wonderful stay at Grey Roofs. Grey Roofs was everything we wanted for our weeks stay in the Peak District. ..."
