The Oaks is a purpose built self catering holiday bungalow situated on the outskirts of the lovely market town of Warminster, just a stroll away from the famous Longleat Estate and ideally situated between the beautiful cities of Bath and Salisbury.

In a picturesque setting of our two acre woodland garden The Oaks offers you a private getaway, where if you want to forget about the car, and enjoy walking in the countryside from your front door, you can. In fact, you can eat out, shop and go to the theatre within a mile of your front door.

Located in the beautiful West Country county of Wiltshire, Warminster and the surrounding area offers great country pubs, restaurants, amazing historical sites, major cities, within a 30 minute drive and stunning scenery of the Whyle Valley.

The Oaks offers quality private accommodation for two people, and can sleep up to three, with full disabled access and free parking.

A new brick built detached bungalow, with a private wrap around patio giving you the choice to while away those lovely sunny evenings and enjoy those long lazy holiday mornings in the sun with a freshly brewed coffee or delicious cup of tea. For those cosy autumn and winter evenings you can curl up in front of the wood-burning fire for ultimate relaxation.

The added freedom to walk through our two acre woodland garden listening to the aray of bird song, over the gentle sounds of the waterfall from the little stream running through the center of the gardens.

A spacious double bedroom, wetroom, zoned kitchen and lounge provides you the perfect place to unwind and relax in comfort.

Directions to The Oaks

The Oaks is on the outskirts of the market town of Warminster. on the edge of Longleat Estate.

The Oaks is located on the left approx 50 metres down a no through road named Folly Lane.

The Oaks is a new brick built bungalow just passed the Homelands.

Please turn left into the paved drive to park.

On the A36 from Salisbury (Warminster Bypass) at the A350 roundabout exit to Warminster town centre, continue up Bell Hill and at the bottom turn right into Fore Street, The Snooty Fox is on your left and a recreation ground is on your right.

Continue to Broadway roundabout taking the second exit into Thornhill Road (Tesco Express is on your right.) 100 metres turn left into Folly Lane.

On the A36 from Bath (Warminster Bypass) at the A362 roundabout exit to Warminster town centre, into Victoria Road, turn right at Masefield Road to Broadway roundabout taking 4th exit into Thornhill Road (Tesco Express is on your right) 100 meters turn left into Folly Lane

Warminster train and bus station is approx 1.0 mile in the centre of town.

Local bus service stops at Broadway roundabout.

Westbury mainline station is 5.5 miles from the The Oaks Bristol Airport 38 miles
