A well-presented family home with fantastic views across Torbay
From the moment you step inside this two-bedroom semi-detached holiday cottage, you'll feel right at home in the bright and airy open-plan living space. Enjoy far-reaching views of the English Riviera and Torquay’s bustling marina, which is right on the doorstep. Relax with a good book in the conservatory or soak up the fresh sea air from the patio.
Take a seat on the comfortable leather sofa and armchairs in the open-plan lounge/dining room and pop a film on the Smart TV. This space extends out to the sunny conservatory, where you can drink in the beautiful sea views from the rattan dining set. When you’re feeling peckish, the new modern stylish kitchen has all the equipment you may need for catering for your group. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. The master double bedroom has the added bonus of two windows of magnificent sea views across the bay. And when the sun is shining, nothing beats watching the waves from the enclosed patio garden outside.
Torquay is a popular seaside destination, renowned for its sandy beaches, iconic palm trees and elegant Victorian seaside atmosphere.
