There are two comfortable tub chairs which take full advantage of the harbour views, plus a wood and glass dining table and a ‘G’-shaped kitchen with glossy surface tops, a breakfast bar and modern appliances like a Nespresso coffee machine. Double doors open up onto the courtyard and let the sea breeze in. A separate WC is also on the ground floor. Climb the stairs to reach a family reception room with comfortable sofas and a SmartTV plus a king-size bedroom with a SmartTV and an en-suite. On the top floor are two more bedrooms – a king-size with an en-suite and a super-king-size zip-and-link with an en-suite. Outside is a courtyard with furniture.

During your stay in Brixham Harbour, you’ll be surrounded by seafood restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Stroll along the waterfront to reach Churston Cove (1 mile), Elberry Cove (2.5 miles) and Broadsands Beach (3 miles) and go for a swim. Pack a picnic and head to Berry Head National Nature Reserve (1 mile) where you can find panoramic sea views from the lighthouse. From here you can join the South West Coast Path to St Mary’s Bay (1 mile) and Man Sands (2.5 miles).
