This room is perfect for keeping the kids occupied, they’ll never want to come out! All of the bedrooms also benefit from having Smart TVs. On the ground floor is a handy shower room for quickly washing off after a long day at the beach, which is on your doorstep.

The family bathroom is located on the first floor and with modern freestanding bath and separate shower enclosure, you can choose whether to shower down or lay down and relax! The open-plan living space is also on the first floor and is a lovely bright and contemporary area, with beautiful views out towards Babbacombe Downs and the sea. With a fully equipped modern kitchen and quality appliances, (Tassimo coffee machine) the property has all you could need for rustling up a meal when you’re just too tired to go out.
