Linhay Cottage is directly off Withypool Common in the heart of Exmoor, it is approached by a private 3/4 mile long drive, shared with the farm and another property. It's ideal for those wanting to be truly rural. The property offers very comfortable accommodation for up to 3 guests and 2 dogs.

The cottage was just beautiful and exactly what we needed. We booked a spontaneous couple of days away and without any notice at all, everything was ready for us and we had everything we could have needed. My partner knows exmoor very well, but everything was easy to find and close to Withypool if y.... The cottage was just beautiful and exactly what we needed. My partner knows exmoor very well, but everything was easy to find and close to Withypool if you needed anything else. Beautiful and clean. Beds were very comfy and the wood burning fire was just amazing. Great that we could bring our fury legged friend and had the porch to dry him off from long walks. Wouldn’t hesitate booking again when we need a break from city living.

The cottage is lovely,plenty of room and a very usefull boot room/dog drying area.It is quite remote but all the better for it The road to it is decent,and I would recommend looking on Google Street View for the turning because there's definitely no mobile signal and car sat nav wants to send you wr.... We had an amazing holiday, everything was perfect and we loved how peaceful it was. We loved seeing the wildlife and enjoyed visiting the surrounding areas. This was they perfect holiday just to enjoy time together, booking was really easy and we were provided with all the information we needed. Rea.... Really appreciated the flexibility to book different days instead of the typical fri/sat start, as we required Mon-Mon and was great to find somewhere that provided this as well as being a wonderful place to stay - perfect holiday
