The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric cooker (double oven and hob), fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a good supply of cookware, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.

There is a wood-burner in the living room which is not in use, please do not attempt to use it.

Great stay in Porlock at Keld, unfortunately cut short due to the storm, but a great flat exactly as expected, comfy beds, very clean and in a great location.

We had a lovely stay in a delightful property. good location for Exmoor walks. good selection of pubs and cafes. excellent local butcher. only critique would be being clearer on the number of stairs in the property and without the wood burner heating in the main sitting room was not warm enough.

It was great to have accommodation in the town itself and to have useful shops and eateries so close by. The apartment was amazingly spacious and extremely well equipped. My extended family book large houses every February and I can honestly say that those houses which are meant to accommodate 12+ .... You would be amazed at how many self catering houses don't provide you with a clothes airer! Great to have the key safe too as this made things easier if splitting up for the day. And well done on providing the best guest handbook/folder I have ever seen - very detailed and helpful. Night lights in the corridors also a thoughtful touch.
