Accommodation

The kitchen has recently been updated with all new units and appliances, including electric oven and hob, under-counter fridge (no freezer) and washing machine.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price. The property is fitted with modern electric heaters throughout, they have been programmed for you however can be adjusted to suit your preferences and provide instant heat on demand if required.
A television with Freeview is situated in the lounge. Wifi is available. A hair dryer, ironing board and iron are also provided for your convenience.
Bed linen, duvets, pillows, blankets and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips.
Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits are provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive. There may also be other non-perishable items like salt, pepper, oil and a few herbs or spices available. Basic cleaning materials, tea-towels, toilet roll and hand wash will also be provided.
