Forming the west wing of a beautiful hunting lodge in Porlock Weir, Garden View is a comfortable and well appointed ground floor apartment boasting stunning sea-views and excellent accommodation for both couples and families. Perfect for both coast and country holidays, the amenities of Porlock Weir can be found less than half a mile away and the family resort of Minehead is seven miles away.

Inside

The spacious living accommodation is open plan and has a sliding door out into the lovely patio seating area. There are two sofas, a TV with Freeview service, DVD player, iPod dock and a dining area with four chairs. Modern facilities in the kitchen include a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, small appliances and there are two steps down in to the conservatory with additional seating.

Outside

Guests enjoy access into an enclosed and private garden which boasts lovely views over the sea. There is also a patio seating area, barbecue and off road parking for two cars.

Other Things to Note

A cot and high chair can be provided on request. The rental charge includes Wi-Fi service, electricity, bed linen, blankets and towels but please bring your own beach towels. Other amenities such as basic cleaning materials, one or two loo rolls, an iron, ironing board and central heating are included. We also supply a tea tray so you can have a hot drink when you arrive.

Check in time is 4pm and please vacate by 10am on your departure day.

The property can be booked with its neighbour to sleep up to eight people.

Availability

Short breaks of two nights or more may be available at certain times of the year. Two dogs are welcome by arrangement at £30 each per stay.

The weekly changeover day is Saturday.
