Accommodation
The Coach House kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, counter-top freezer, microwave, electric oven and ceramic hob. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses.
A television (with Netflix), CD player is provided in the living room and wireless broadband is available throughout the property. (Does not include a DVD player, June 2023)
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. The Coach House has underfloor heating which is controlled by a thermostat and can be adjusted to suit your preferences.
Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips.
A small amount of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits are provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive. There may also be other non-perishable items like a salt, pepper and a few herbs or spices available.
Cleaning materials such as washing up liquid, dishwasher powder, washing powder/liquid and surface cleaner will be present in the property. One or two toilet rolls will be provided.

You cannot beat The Coach House for location, what a view! It's a shame it wasn't blue skies all week, but it is March! It was a few minutes walk down to the harbour. We also did a walk across the bay to Bossington and back through Porlock, and through the woods to the cottage. And of course there a.... You cannot beat The Coach House for location, what a view! It's a shame it wasn't blue skies all week, but it is March! It was a few minutes walk down to the harbour. We also did a walk across the bay to Bossington and back through Porlock, and through the woods to the cottage. And of course there are loads of lovely places to visit on Exmoor. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely recommend. Only gripe, entering and exiting and parking in courtyard pretty tricky in large car.

Absolutely delighted with our stay. Really cannot fault it. Most happy that there were 3 excellent places to eat within a 5-10 minute walk. Will Certainly be back. Excellent value.

Stayed at the coach house. .amazing views loved the location. A short walk to the hotel pub and cafes and harbour. We had some sunny weather we didn't expect and explored the area .cottage was clean and had such beautiful uninterrupted views over the channel so much better than expected .perfec.... Well equipped kitchen seemed to have everything supplied including bottle wine.a nice touch and milk in fridge would love to come again maybe when seasons started properly as would love see the harbour and pubs with seating outside with live music . So quiet and peaceful .only minor thing would be the outside appearance of the coach house .inside was lovely and presented well . But the views were exceptional and gardens . We just felt so lucky to be there. Hopefully will be able to come again next year. Thank you.
