The Lofthouse, Minehead (Somerset) is a deceptively spacious first floor apartment with 4 bedrooms, suitable for up to 7 guests. Situated in central Minehead, but off the main thoroughfare, there are a selection of shops, restaurants and cafes within easy reach, and just 1/2 mile to the beach!
Accommodation
The entrance door opens into a small hall, with stairs directly up to the first floor.
On the first floor is the kitchen, sitting room, main bathroom, one double bedroom and the king-size master bedroom. Upstairs again to the second floor are the two further bedrooms, including the en-suite shower room
The kitchen is well-equipped with electric cooker and hob, freestanding fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, dishwasher.
Wifi, electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Central heating is fitted throughout the property and can be adjusted to suit your preferences.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. Please bring outdoor/beach towels if you wish to take them with you on day trips away from the property.
Sorry, no dogs at The Lofthouse, and strictly no stag or hen parties.
Note: Entrance to the property is via a garden side gate with steps immediately down inside the gate, there is a handrail but please take care upon arrival and make sure children are supervised.
Instructions for the appliances can be found in the bottom of the kitchen drawer. Please put back once used and leave for other guests.

Perfect apartment for our walking group for our annual walking holiday. Extremely spacious rooms, great size kitchen with all the amenities we needed. Location perfect for the 2 walks we did in the area, bus to Porlock then walk back along the coastal path and walk up out of Minehead up into the h.... Location perfect for the 2 walks we did in the area, bus to Porlock then walk back along the coastal path and walk up out of Minehead up into the hills to Dunster then back along the Dunster beach. Plenty of places to eat and drink in Minehead. Overall a great few days away would definitely recommend staying here.

Very comfortable spacious Lofthouse, very close to town centre and walking distance to the sea. There are a number of steps and stairs to access the property so would not recommend to people with mobility issues. The parking is also a few minutes walk away and it is not level outside the property .... Very comfortable spacious Lofthouse, very close to town centre and walking distance to the sea. The parking is also a few minutes walk away and it is not level outside the property to unload so again not good if you have mobility issues. However, once you are inside it is modern , very spacious but with character. Well equipped ,clean and any problems dealt with speedily. My son loved the space and we enjoyed the close proximity to the town and it’s facilities.
