This spacious coastal home is just a short walk from Minehead s long sandy beach, and offers ample room for a large family or group of friends.

Nestled between Exmoor National Park and the sea, this house offers stunning views from most rooms. It sits above the town s bustling high street, which boasts restaurants, shops and pubs, as well as traditional seaside amusement arcades. There s also harbour fishing and coastal boat trips on offer. Just a 15 minute walk away you ll find the West Somerset Steam Railway station, which the tracks running through popular coastal and inland towns and villages in the areas. The medieval village of Dunster is also nearby, while the picturesque towns of Lynton, Lynmouth, Porlock and Watchet are also worth a trip. Dunster is also renowned for local events like the annual Dunster by Candlelight evening which is in December. Relax in front of the coal effect gas fire and TV in the lounge area, which has a traditional home decor, or in the hallway/snug, which also has a sofa, TV and DVD. Plenty of games, toys and puzzles to keep the younger ones entertained. There s a third lounge area in the open plan living space, which has a third TV and overlooks the patio area with its far reaching views. There s a large, colourful contemporary dining table with plenty of room to enjoy breakfast with the whole family or group, while the kitchen area is well equipped with a double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine can be found in the utility room. Also on the ground floor is a WC. On the first floor you ll find a double bedroom with en suite shower and WC, one twin bedroom, and another twin with an additional pull out bed (which can be made up as a double or two singles). There s also a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Upstairs on the second floor is another double bedroom with en suite shower and WC, and one further twin. Step out through the patio doors and onto the large patio area, which boasts incredible views across Minehead and beyond. There s seating here for you to enjoy your morning coffee while taking it all in, plus a BBQ for an al fresco dinner. From here you can head down the steps to an enclosed barked area. Parking is available for up to four cars. Need to know: 5 bedrooms. 2 doubles and 3 twins (1 with additional pull out bed). This property sleeps 11 people including infants.
