Ideally situated in the picturesque village of Isle Brewers, this charming conversion is attached to the owner's Grade II listed thatched cottage. A perfect base for touring the whole of the South West with Clarks Village, Wells, Glastonbury, Ilminster (6 miles) and Taunton (8 miles) all within easy reach. The glorious beaches of West Bay and Lyme Regis are a 30 minute drive and the popular Somerset beaches of Burnham on Sea and Weston Super Mare are a 40 minute drive. There is a vast choice of walks and cycle routes on the doorstep plus opportunities for bird watching or fishing (owner has rights nearby, permits available at extra charge). On entering this attractively converted cottage you will find yourself in the spacious and welcoming lounge/diner. Fully equipped with TV, DVD and electric fire, the lounge is both airy and cosy. The dining area is ideally situated. Moving into the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you may need during your stay including oven, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine and tumble dryer. Exploring further, you will find a comfy double bedroom on the ground floor, with en suite shower and WC. There is also a downstairs WC. Heading upstairs, you will discover a comfortable twin bedroom, complete with en suite shower over the bath and WC. Stepping outside, you can relax at the end of the day and enjoy a drink or a well earned meal in the enclosed decking area, which is complete with seating and BBQ. is available, and there is also storage available for bicycles.
