A selection of games are available in the dresser, perfect for the children to play, as you select one of the books from the shelf on a peaceful evening. Arriving into the kitchen, you will be greeted by a sense of charm; the room is centred by an AGA cooker, with the introduction of pastel décor and an authentic home-from-home experience. The lounge is equally as delightful; comfortable sofas rest in front of a woodburner which sits between a stone surround, and doors open up onto the charming enclosed patio garden, providing excellent space for a well-behaved dog or enjoying a barbecue together. Upstairs there are three pretty bedrooms, two double and one single, one roomy enough to accommodate a travel cot which can be provided as well as a highchair and stairgate. The quirky family bathroom finishes the property with a bath and stand up shower, as well as a characterful single exposed beam. Within easy driving distance lies the famous World Heritage Jurassic Coast, with the ever popular seaside resorts of Lyme Regis, Beer and Charmouth less than 20 minutes away. To the east is Devon, where one can enjoy days out on the Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with wonderful walking and scenery. Besides the water the house was great and very well equipped.

It was like a home away from home and I had an amazingly relaxed week away. The only problem I had was with the shower, the tap for adjusting the temperature was very stiff and hard to turn, once I managed to adjust it it was fine. Oh and a blind at the window would be a good addition
