Utility room (dishwasher, washing machine). Loo (washbasin). Step down to sunny conservatory (sofa, chair) with lovely countryside view and door to garden. Double bedroom (6’ zip-linked bed or twin) with TV and step down to en suite bathroom (suite plus bath-shower). Storage available for bicycles. A delightfully cosy cottage in a tranquil setting.
