A fantastic lodge. Extremely well designed with everything you could need, very spacious and comfortable. The decking area is west facing and the hot tub is the perfect spot for watching the sunset across the open fields. A remote location on the edge of a lovely village, perfect for exploring south Somerset. Good communication from the host with check in details. Would definitely recommend.

After reading a recent review about this lodge I was a little worried. However this place was lovely. Yes its a little worn in places but its a holiday home in constant use. In terms of cleanlines it was spot on! Bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Linen and towels were clean and good quality. The sunsets and the hot tub were amazing. Felt very comfortable and at home here. The kids loved it, we would definitely love to return soon. Ignor any negative reviews, and book!!

Me and a friend took our elder children here for a few days away for peace and quiet in the sunshine, the place was just as described, had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, was a bonus having two bathrooms too! It was a little out the way, but thats what we wanted, around 15/20 minute drive to local villages/towns which was perfect. Our only complaint was a foul smell in the fridge which in the beautiful sunshine we had you can image festered! But other than this it was truly a 5 star stay for us
