We had an amazing stay at Stable View! The barn is absolutely beautiful, exceptionally well cared for, and thoughtfully decorated, with great attention to detail and quality throughout. It’s clear the owners take great pride in their property and genuinely want their guests to have the best possible experience.The owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. For those who don’t plan ahead, there is a local community shop in the village for everyday essentials. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and appreciated the care and hospitality that went into making our stay so special. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for providing such a wonderful place to stay. We will return and highly recommend Stable View to anyone looking for a beautiful countryside getaway!

Stable view is a beautifully appointed house in lovely countryside but next time I willMake sure to book Somewhere closer to local shops, services etc. The house is carefully decorated and well-equipped but it’s difficult toRelax as we were worried we might damage or stain something as everything was so white and precious. I guess that’s why it’s quite expensive. That said, we had Lovely a time there - and in Somerset in general, seeing family and old friends. In fact, we had a friend to stay for one night. I hadn’t realised the house didn’t sleep 4 people but the owners let her stay anyway, as long as we paid them £20.
