In an excellent location near Ilminster, this upside down detached barn conversion for four, with two en-suite bedrooms and organic vegetable garden, is an ideal holiday base for exploring the many attractions of south Somerset, west Dorset and the famous World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Enjoy Forde Abbey and Gardens, many historic houses, Yeovilton Air Museum, days out on the scenic heritage coast at Lyme Regis, or country walking, golf and fishing. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

This is a delightful cottage in a very pretty setting if you appreciate a peaceful holiday in the country. Extremely well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The "upside down" arrangement with living rooms upstairs takes full advantage of the pretty views from all the windows. Car essential, but lots to see within a short drive, including three National Trust properties, lots of attractive small towns and villages, Somerton and Crewkerne in particular, and of course Taunton. There is only a very small shop nearby (not walkable) but several large supermarkets easily reached. The owner, Linda, lives next door and is very helpful. We would go again.
