Bring your bikes and walking boots to embark on a number of footpaths that start just outside the cottage, especially with the Blackdown Hills AONB and Dorset AONB both within easy reach! Stock up on the essentials in Hambridge or dine at the Brown & Forrest Smokery, whilst Langport, South Petherton and Ilminster are all well worth a visit. You'll find a number of National Trust properties in the area including Priest's House, Lytes Cary Manor and Treasurer's House, Martock.
