This barn is so well-appointed and comfortable, we have had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We have had five sunny, warm days with just one morning of rain. Everyone in the area is very friendly and helpful. We particularly like Lyme Regis, enjoyed a 6 mile walk thanks to a magazine article supplied by Caroline (thanks Caroline). We thought West Bay one of the most dismal seaside places we have ever visited, even in the sun!! We enjoyed our Hardy experience - walking from Hardy's cottage to Max Gate and back. It's easier to walk from Max Gate to the cottage as the signage is clearer and prominent.

A really lovely break. We visited Bridport and West Bay. The fresh cod and chips in West Bay was delicious. Lyme Regis was a fantastic seaside town, filled with great shops and restaurants and lots of things to do with children. Montacute House is also worth a visit. Super break - thanks very much. PS - I loved the lavender outside, the scent was amazing.

What a lovely little barn. The children enjoyed the horses, goats, bees, slugs and all the other wildlife they could find! Breakfast at the Railway Carriage Cafe is fantastic and sets you up for the day. If the carriage is full, the double decker bus is better still for the view on the top deck. Enjoyed every minute, thank you.
