Enter the front door and make use of the handy porch area for any muddy or sandy boots, before stepping into the main hallway and heading left into the sitting room; discover beautiful parquet wood flooring in here, a feature fireplace and sofas to relax on, as well as a TV in here too. From the hallway turn right and come to the large kitchen/diner, a social hub thanks to the long dining table amidst the excellent array of kitchen appliances, with a large range cooker with gas ring hob for cooking up a family favourite, as well as a separate utility room for laundry facilities. On warmer days, dine alfresco under the sheltered decking, with outdoor sofas to relax on after you've eaten, and plenty of lawn space in the enclosed front garden for children and pets to run around. The ground floor is also home to a separate room with a double sofa bed for a further two guests on request, and a cloakroom with basin and WC.
