One of the stools was missing. There wasn't a tin opener or a grater. Reception sent a tin opener over quickly. Sofa etc was more like a bronze caravan. Bed quite comfy and there were lots of hooks to hang towels and coats etc. Plenty of cupboards.

Pros : All staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was very clean, well organised and fun. The take away food was good value & tasty, very friendly staff. Entertainment was very good, staff all very good.Cons: Caravan wasn't ready when we arrived at 5pm check in. Had to wait approximately another 30 minutes. Expected it to be spotless as check out is now before 9am & you can't check in before 5pm. However caravan had not been cleaned properly and was very shabby. We had booked a silver caravan including fridge freezer and dvd player. The caravan only had a small fridge with ice compartment and did not have a dvd player, do not believe it was a silver caravan. Asked to be moved. Reception staff were understanding & helpful but said the site was full so couldn't be moved. They offered to send housekeeping staff but I said I preferred to clean it myself as they hadn't done a very good job in the first place.We were located adjacent to dustbins which were often overflowing. Next to main thoroughfare so people walking past all the time. No net curtains so had to keep curtains closed all the time for some privacy.Burnham on sea, Weston Super Mare lovely but would probably have enjoyed the site more if we'd had a better caravan which had been cleaned properly.

Caravan was lovely but did smell like kebab as soon as we walked into the bedroom, shower kept dripping making the bathroom floor soaked but apart from them 2 things everything else was perfect and couldnt fault it
